The work up to the clinics was very easy and professional with Lisa. We discussed how the clinics could benefit our club best and how to do it. Once at the club, the professionalism and the friendliness was amazing. It was all so easy to organize with Lisa. It was the first time we organized something like this. When everyone got on the ice, we could see the smiles and the sweat from working quite hard! Once the clinic ended.... I invited Lisa to conduct a clinic at the Royal Kingston Curling Club. I quickly realized what a wonderful person she would be to work with. She was informative, responsive and engaging. Lisa Weagle gave a terrific presentation about team communication in curling. Drawing from her own experiences and with real world examples, she talked through key elements of communication before, during and after a shot. She also touched on communication pre- and post-game. Her approach recognized the wide variety of personalities and communication styles that exist, offering guidelines rather than rules. I would absolutely attend one of Ms. Weagle's clinics again.
